This 90-minute session goes beyond a standard birth plan. We will create an in-depth birth map that reflects your wishes and prepares you for various scenarios during your birth experience. For many, a positive birth experience is less about the outcomes and more about how you felt - were you involved in decisions, in control of your choices, and aware of your options? A birth map helps you prepare for any situation, equipping you to make informed decisions and communicate them clearly. This tool can also empower your support people to advocate for your wishes.
