I know birth can bring up big feelings - excitement, fear, hope, uncertainty. I've supported hundreds of women and families during my 12 years of experience, and my mission is to help you feel confident, informed and truly cared for in preparation for this beautiful transformation of your life.
I am not about rigid rules, but this is not something you can just 'wing'. I do think that as a culture, we can do better at supporting women & families towards having a positive birth experience. So we've got research-backed & supportive information to help you make decisions that are more likely to lead you towards a birth & postpartum that feels right for you.
