Full payment is required at time of booking. For group classes, you can reschedule once if you miss your scheduled time slot with no additional fee with a minimum of 28 days' notice. Late arrivals are allowed but will shorten class time. Group classes commence on time. No refund will be given if you do not attend the class and fail to give notice within 28 days of the class commencing. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 28 days before the class. No refund is provided for cancellations or changes with less than 28 days' notice. If you book a class and birth before 37 weeks of pregnancy a full refund will be offered, if you can provide evidence of birth. If you book a class after this gestation no refund will be offered if you do not attend the class or cancel within 7 days.
