By accepting these terms, you grant permission for photos or videos to be taken of you and, if applicable, any person who comes with you to a class. You give permission for the media to be used by The Good Birth, Midwife Allie, and their affiliates for the following purposes:

• Display in the business's physical location or on the business's website or social media platforms

• Use in promotional materials, physical or digital media

• Use in course material

• Other purposes as deemed necessary by the business

You grant permission for any media that you send or supply to The Good Birth or associated people to also be used for the above purposes. Those in the media have also granted permission. (Example: labour and birth photos, newborn photos, family photos). Consent can be withdrawn at anytime with clear instructions to do so.

You acknowledge that you have the right to access and review the media taken of you and, if applicable, those who come with you to the class and request their removal if you are not satisfied with their use.

You understand that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting The Good Birth in writing or via email at thegoodbirth@mail.com.

You are aware that personal data collected through media will be processed in accordance with The Privacy Act 1988 and The Good Birth's privacy policy.

If you do not consent to the above terms, you can complete the booking form and inform us via email, of your withdrawal of consent.
